You can stop all collection of information by the Application by uninstalling it. You may uninstall the Application using the standard uninstall process available on your mobile device or through the application marketplace.

The Service Provider will retain user-provided data for as long as you use the Application and for a reasonable period afterward.

5. Children's Privacy

The Application is not intended for use by children under the age of 13.

The Service Provider does not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from children under the age of 13.

If the Service Provider becomes aware that a child under 13 has provided personal information, such information will be immediately deleted from their servers.

If you are a parent or guardian and you become aware that your child has provided personal information, please contact the Service Provider at notepad@jmdsol.com to have the information deleted.

The Service Provider is committed to protecting the confidentiality of your information. Reasonable physical, electronic, and procedural safeguards are implemented to protect the information collected and processed through the Application.
