Welcome to GoVPN: Fast & Secure VPN Proxy ("the App"). These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your use of our VPN services, operated by JMDSOL ("we", "us", or "our").

By downloading, installing, or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the App.

1. Use of the Service

You may use the App only for lawful purposes. You agree not to use the VPN service for any illegal or prohibited activity, including but not limited to:

  • Hacking or unauthorized access
  • Spamming or distributing malware
  • Violating copyrights or intellectual property rights
  • Accessing geo-blocked content where prohibited by law

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access if we suspect misuse or illegal activity.

2. Subscription and Payment

The App may offer auto-renewable subscription options to access premium features.

  • Subscription Duration: Weekly, Monthly, Yearly
  • Price: $2.99 (Weekly), $9.99 (Monthly), $29.99 (Yearly)
  • Payment will be charged to your Apple ID account upon confirmation of purchase.
  • Subscriptions automatically renew unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
  • You can manage or cancel your subscription by going to your Account Settings in the App Store after purchase.

The App is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the VPN service will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.

We are not liable for any damages arising from your use of the App or inability to access the service, including but not limited to loss of data, financial loss, or legal issues caused by third-party content accessed through the VPN.

We reserve the right to modify or update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the App after changes means you accept the revised Terms.
